ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once payment is received, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. However, if an issue arises due to an error on our end or if your package arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve the matter. Please contact our support team within 1 week of delivery to report any such issues. This means if an item is labeled as a PREORDER in the product description, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted. During checkout, a Terms and Conditions box is provided, which must be checked to complete your purchase. By checking this box, you acknowledge the stated wait times and agree to abide by our company’s PREORDER fulfillment policies.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 1 week of delivery to request a resolution.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Before placing an order on our website, customers must acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions. This includes confirming their understanding of shipping times and other policies by selecting the provided checkbox during checkout. Orders cannot be completed without checking this box, and it is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand all terms, including shipping turnaround times.

SHIPPING DETAILS

By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by the stated shipping duration and understand that delivery will occur within this timeframe. Once an order is placed, you are fully committed to the process and must wait for the duration specified for your item to be delivered.

  • Premade Items: Shipping for all premade items is completed within 2–4 days after purchase.
  • Preorder Items: Preorder items are clearly marked as such. These require 3–4 weeks of production time. Once production is complete, your item will ship, and delivery will occur within 2–4 days.

Please take the time to read and follow all policies before completing your purchase.

For updates on your preorder item(s), regular updates will be provided until all orders are successfully shipped to our loyal and patient customers. We also recommend following our Instagram: @LostSouls.Art for progress updates, which are posted every few days.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

All customers are required to confirm that they have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

To ensure the security and authenticity of orders, all customers must complete our 2-factor authentication process at checkout.

If a chargeback is initiated, LOST SOULS will provide evidence that the customer agreed to our Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase. This evidence will be used to dispute the chargeback claim.

As a consequence of initiating a chargeback, the customer’s IP address and name will be blacklisted from accessing our website.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms. LOST SOULS reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
